Meet Mary

Hi, I’m Mary.

I’m a firm believer that life’s best chapters are still being written.

For more than two decades, my professional life has centered around helping people grow. I began my career in executive recruiting, partnering with global firms and boutique agencies to support venture-backed technology companies.

Over time, my passion for people development led me into Human Resources and leadership roles, including serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Vice President of People & Culture for SaaS companies in New York City.

Eventually, I found my true calling in coaching, leadership development, and helping people navigate change with greater confidence and clarity. Today, I serve as the Head of Coaching & Leadership Development for a software company in the clinical trials industry.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through meaningful transitions—career changes, leadership challenges, personal growth, and the often complicated question of what comes next.

What I discovered along the way is that growth is not limited to our professional lives.

It is reflected in how we care for ourselves, how we present ourselves, how we create our homes, how we spend our time, and how willing we are to keep evolving.

Musings

Why I Created Mary & Muse

As I entered my sixties, I began thinking more intentionally about this stage of life.

I didn’t want to become less visible, less curious, or less engaged. I wanted to feel healthy, stylish, inspired, and fully present for whatever came next.

Mary & Muse grew from that desire.

It is a place for women who believe that reinvention has no expiration date—and that confidence is not about perfection. It is about knowing yourself, caring for yourself, and choosing a life that feels authentic to you.

Here, I share the things that inspire me: personal style, beauty, wellness, travel, beautiful spaces, meaningful growth, and the occasional honest reflection on the realities of getting older.

Some of it is thoughtful. Some of it is practical. And some of it is simply fun.

Because a beautiful life is not built all at once.

It is created through the choices we make, the things we surround ourselves with, the lessons we carry forward, and the courage to keep becoming more ourselves.

I hope Mary & Muse encourages you to explore what inspires you—and to believe that your next chapter may be your most interesting one yet.

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
